£70-80k base + bonus + benefitsOur client is a high growth and award winning B2B telecoms and technology service provider. Following sustained growth, they seek a dynamic Head of Marketing to lead the team, and deliver continued growth and expansion.
This is a hands on marketing leadership position perfect for those of you who like rolling up their sleeves. It’s a high energy company full of drive and can-do attitudes, so a similar mindset is essential. This dynamic role demands a sales-minded individual with a firm understanding of partner marketing, campaign management, and marketing strategy, whilst ensuring the team and business delivers on key objectives. The business takes a channel route to market, with B2B UK based end customers across Corporate and SMB segments. The growing marketing team of 7 is split across two locations.
Summary Duties and Responsibilities
• Oversee all aspects of marketing, including partner marketing, campaign management, lead generation, events, design and development, team resource management, copywriting, budgeting, planning, and execution.
• Lead the marketing team with creative energy, fostering a positive, can-do attitude that drives innovation and high performance.
• Implement targeted marketing campaigns that engage customers and partners, enhancing the overall customer journey.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Drive the creative process, ensuring that marketing initiatives are both innovative and aligned with the company’s brand and objectives.
• Ensure that the marketing team has the resources, direction, and motivation to deliver outstanding results.
• Collaborate with sales and other departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment of marketing efforts with sales strategies.
• Inspire and develop the marketing team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them achieve their professional goals.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure marketing efforts are fully integrated with the overall company strategy.The ideal candidate profile:
• Telecoms / SaaS / Tech industry experience
• Rounded B2B marketing leader including channel/partner routes to market.
