Minimising your risk / Delivering on our promise

+ We only accept an assignment when totally confident in delivering. We then provide clients with a 100% refund guarantee on the upfront Retainer fee if the Shortlist fails to meet the required specification.

+ A Shortlist is acceptable AFTER you have interviewed at 1st stage, and ONLY when you invite a candidate/s to second stage. This is the acid test of a Shortlist's quality.

+ Detailed management reporting. We will provide weekly reports on our activity, highlighting all candidates in the process and commentary on each.

+ Extensive candidate Shortlist notes, tailored to your requirements and assignment 

+ Transparent Fees – typically calculated against base salary only.
